Reservations:
The reservation is only valid after you receive a confirmation from us. You will generally receive an answer within 24 hours by e-mail.

Arrival/Departure:
On the arrival day the apartment is available after 2 pm.
On the departure day we ask that you leave the apartment by 09:30 am. The full price is charged for late arrival or early departure.

For shorter stays then 4 nights we add 20%.

Deposit:
Please understand that we have to insist on a deposit of 20% of the rental price.

Cancellation:
In case of short-term cancellation the deposit is kept as compensation, unless there are serious reasons for the cancellation. In that case you’ll receive a full refund of the deposit.
