On request, you can wash your linen for a small fee.

Short stay
For shorter stays then 4 nights we add a surcharge.

Tourist tax 
The tourist tax will be 2,40 € per person and day (starting from the age of 14) and has to be paid right away on the farm. 

Arrival/Departure

• On the day of arrival, the apartment will be available from 2:00 PM or as per agreement. 
• On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 AM. 
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire booking period will be charged. For stays of less than 4 days, a surcharge will be applied.

Reservations
The reservation is only valid after you receive a confirmation from us. You will generally receive an answer within 24 hours by e-mail.

Deposit
The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit of 200,00 € - 300,00 € (to secure the booking) and receipt of the booking confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. In the case of early departure or late arrival, the agreed (booked) days will be charged. The reservation of the apartment becomes binding with the payment of the deposit. 

Cancellation conditions
Cancellation conditions are governed by Art. 1382 of the Civil Code.
